REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY
Early Bird Specific Policy for guaranteed reduced rate:
If registering with the early bird rate, payment must be received by December 31, 2023 or a purchase order must be received in order to retain the decreased rate. Email a scanned copy of the purchase order to coordinator@montanacec.org.. This must be received by December 31, 2023 or the attendee will be charged the regular rate.
All Cancellations:
Cancellations prior to March 1, 2024, will receive a full refund, but must be received via email following the requirements below.
You may cancel your registration between March 1, 2024 and March 15, 2024, by sending an email to coordinator@montanacec.org. There will be a $50 administrative fee for any cancellations between March 1, 2024, and March 15, 2024.
There are NO REFUNDS for cancellations after March 15, 2024. You must cancel your registration by March 15, 2024 or you will be responsible for the full payment. No exceptions.
Requests for refunds and cancellations must be received in writing by sending an email to: coordinator@montanacec.org and include "MCEC Conference Cancellation" in the subject line.
NO REFUNDS AFTER March 15, 2024!
